Susan Brady brings a rich diversity of experience and knowledge to the healthcare profession.  As a young physical therapist she quickly began to see how important taking an holistic health approach is to achieving optimal healing and full recovery.  That sparked Susan’s interest in pursuing advanced degree in Integrative Health and Nutrition. With her strong background in nutrition and musculoskeletal disorders, Susan has focused her practice for the last several years on osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and other conditions impacting healthy ageing.  She believes that optimising gut health, controlling inflammation, reducing stress, and achieving adequate exercise and healing sleep are the most effective ways to enhance your overall health and wellbeing. When not working with clients on their health goals, Susan is out hiking up mountains, paddle boarding across ponds and sailing the high seas. Susan is the proud mother of 2 amazing children and a blind dog that joins her on all of her adventures.
