  1. Choose your Hypno-Affirmation for the week (ex: "Every day in every way my sleep gets better and better.")
  2. Close your eyes, Run a color you love in through the top of your head, through your body, and out through the bottoms of your feet
  3. Test your eyes, make sure they just won't open (Run the Color)
  4. Say "10... I am going deeper and deeper" all the way down to 1 (Run the Color)
  5. Say "I am safe, I am calm, I choose to be here." (3x), then Run the Color
  6. Repeat the specific Hypno-Affirmation in your mind's eye (20x), then Run the Color
